TPI Composites is a Scottsdale, Arizona based category leader in the rapidly expanding wind energy movement. We deliver high-quality, cost effective composites solutions through long term partnerships with the industry’s leading manufacturers including G.E. Energy and Mitsubishi. Through the use of exclusive, patented technologies, our 2,000  employees are also innovators in the transportation and military vehicle markets. We are adding approximately 100 new employees a month and operate factories throughout the U.S., Mexico and China.

Founded in 1968, TPI Composites came under a new ownership team consisting of Land Mark Growth Capital Partners and TPI senior management in 2004. Together, they’ve assumed management and direction of the company to capitalize on the growing interest and demand for wind energy.

In 2007 alone, the wind energy industry expanded its generating capacity by 45 percent and drew more than $9 billion in investments, according to the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA). American wind farms will generate an estimated 48 billion kilowatt-hours in 2008, enough to provide the energy needs of more than 4.5 million homes. AWEA estimates that 2008 will see similar gains in capacity and investment in the wind energy market.
