Steven C. Lockard , , , President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Lockard became our President and Chief Executive Officer in 2004 and has served as a member of our board of directors since 2004. Prior to joining us in 1999, Mr. Lockard was Vice President of Satloc, Inc., a supplier of precision GPS equipment, from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, Mr. Lockard was Vice President of marketing and business development and a founding officer of ADFlex Solutions, Inc., a NASDAQ- listed international manufacturer of interconnect products for the electronics industry, from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, Mr. Lockard held several marketing and management positions including Business Unit Manager, Corporate Market Development Manager and Marketing/Applications Engineer at Rogers Corporation from 1982 to 1993. Mr. Lockard serves on the board of and is co-chair of the policy committee for the American Wind Energy Association and also serves on the board of Fluidic Energy. Mr. Lockard holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.

Joseph G. Kishkill , , , Chief Commercial Officer

Joseph G. Kishkill joined TPI in August of 2017 as its Chief Commercial Officer. Mr. Kishkill brings over 25 years of extensive international energy experience to TPI, including leadership positions in both the oil and gas and solar sectors. Prior to joining TPI, Mr. Kishkill served in the roles of President of International Sales and Business Development and Chief Commercial Officer of First Solar, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Kishkill served as President, Eastern Hemisphere and Latin America regions for Exterran Holdings, a worldwide market leader in oil and gas production equipment and natural gas compression systems. Mr. Kishkill launched his career in the energy industry at Enron Corporation where he held various leadership positions in their energy business including CEO for South America. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard.

Mark R. McFeely , , , Chief Operating Officer

Mark McFeely joined TPI in November of 2015 as our Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining TPI, Mr. McFeely was the Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Remy International, Inc. from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Operations of Meggitt Safety Systems Inc. Mr. McFeely has over 20 years of business experience in operations which included engineering, supply chain, planning, and sales and marketing. Mr. McFeely held several operations leadership positions within divisions of Danaher Corporation from 2005 to 2011, including General Manager/Director of Jacobs Vehicle System Asia, General Manager and Vice President, Global Operations of Kollmorgen Vehicle Systems, and General Manager/Plant Manager of Pacific Scientific. Prior to 2005, Mr. McFeely held several operations and business development leadership positions at Honeywell International Inc. and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. He received a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University and his Master of Business Administration degree from Penn State University.

William E. Siwek , , , Chief Financial Officer

William Siwek joined us as our Chief Financial Officer in 2013. Prior to joining TPI, Mr. Siwek previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for T.W. Lewis Company, an Arizona-based real estate investment company, from September 2012 to September 2013. From May 2010 until September 2012, he was an independent consultant assisting companies in the real estate, construction, insurance and renewable energy industries. Prior to that, Mr. Siwek was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Talisker Mountain, Inc., from January 2009 to April 2010. Prior to that, he was President and Chief Financial Officer of the Lyle Anderson Company from December 2002 to December 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Siwek spent 18 years, from September 1984 to May 2002, with Arthur Andersen where he became a Partner in both Audit and Business Consulting Divisions. Mr. Siwek holds B.S. degrees in Accounting and Economics from University of Redlands. He is a certified public accountant.

Ramesh Gopalakrishnan , , , Senior Vice President, Technology and Industrialization

Ramesh Gopalakrishnan has recently taken on the role of Senior Vice President of Technology & Industrialization. Mr. Gopalakrishnan previously served as our Vice President of Technology, Transfer and Launch since 2016. Mr. Gopalakrishnan has over 25 years of operations, supply chain, strategy and technology experience in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Previously, Mr. Gopalakrishnan was the Executive Vice President, Manufacturing for Senvion from 2013 to 2016, based in Hamburg, Germany. Prior to this, he spent three years as COO of Suzlon Energy Composites in Pune, India, and 5 years with Halliburton Corp. in Houston, Texas as the Director of Strategy and prior to that as Director of Supply Chain. Early in his career, he spent 10 years with GE in various operational and engineering leadership roles around the world, including Global Manager, Blade Center of Excellence, and Manager for Advanced Design Technology programs and Globalization Leader. Mr. Gopalakrishnan is a GE certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He received a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai and his Masters and Doctorate Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Thomas J. Castle , , , Senior Vice President – North American Wind Operations and Global Operational Excellence

Thomas (T.J.) Castle joined TPI in November of 2015 as our Senior Vice President of North American Wind Operations and Global Operational Excellence. Prior to joining TPI, Mr. Castle was the Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain for Honeywell Aerospace, managing 15 manufacturing sites building Electronic Components for Commercial and Military Applications. Prior to that, he was the Global Vice President of the Honeywell Operating System for Aerospace. Over his career with Honeywell and General Electric, Mr. Castle has held various positions in Operations, Manufacturing, Repair, Materials and Quality in both the U.S and South East Asia. He has a B.S. degree in Aeronautics from St. Louis University, and is a Six Sigma certified Black Belt.

Steven Fishbach , , , General Counsel

Steve Fishbach has served as our General Counsel since January 2015. Prior to joining TPI, Mr. Fishbach served as SVP, Deputy General Counsel of Global Cash Access Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: GCA) since 2009 and in various senior roles in the legal department of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc./eFunds Corporation (NYSE: FIS) from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Fishbach practiced corporate and securities law at Squire Sanders (now Squire Patton Boggs) and other law firms in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Fishbach holds a B.A. degree in American Studies from Georgetown University and a juris doctor degree from William & Mary Law School.

Deane Ilukowicz , , , Vice President, Global HR

Deane Ilukowicz joined TPI in February of 2016 as the Vice President of Global Human Resources. Prior to joining TPI, Ms. Ilukowicz was the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at TransUnion, Chief Human Resources Officer for Hypertherm, and held senior level roles at other financial services and manufacturing companies. Ms. Ilukowicz has a MBA from Wake Forest University and her bachelor’s degree in Social and Behavioral Science from The Johns Hopkins University. She also served as a Trustee for the Community College System of New Hampshire and provides free HR Consulting to nonprofit organizations.

James Schimanski , , , Vice President - Global Supply Chain

James Schimanski joined TPI in May of 2016 as our Vice President of Global Supply Chain. Mr. Schimanski comes to TPI with over 25 years of experience in the Energy and Renewable businesses. Prior to joining TPI, Mr. Schimanski was the Vice President of Supply Chain for Ogin Energy, and held leadership roles in Supply Chain for Alstom Power Wind and GE Energy Wind businesses. Over his extensive career with Alstom Power and General Electric, Mr. Schimanski has held various positions in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Materials and Quality in both the U.S., Europe and Asia. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Russell Sage College, and is a Six Sigma Certified Master Black Belt.

Matt Gage , , , Vice President – Financial Reporting and Analysis

Matt Gage has served as our Vice President, Financial Reporting and Analysis since February 2016 and previously was our Corporate Controller since joining the company in July 2014. Prior to joining TPI, Mr. Gage served as Senior Director of Corporate Accounting at Viad Corp (NYSE: VVI) from 2012 to 2014 and as Assistant Corporate Controller from 2001 to 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Gage served as Manager of Financial Reporting at Putnam Investments from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Gage worked in public accounting in the Boston area beginning 1992 and concluding in 1999 as an Audit Manager with Ernst & Young LLP. He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Babson College and is a certified public accountant.

Paddy Weir , , , Vice President – China Operations

Paddy Weir joined TPI in July of 2017 as its new Vice President of Operations, China. Mr. Weir brings more than 20 years of high-tech Manufacturing experience to TPI. Prior to joining TPI, Mr. Weir was the Director of Taylor Weir Limited, a business performance and leadership consultancy. Prior to that, Mr. Weir spent 7 years with Vestas as the Vice President and Managing Director of their UK Manufacturing operations across 4 Sites. Mr. Weir launched his Career at Xerox, spending more than 10 years working in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations in Europe. He holds a BA in Business Studies and a post-graduate degree in Management Studies.

Şenol Bircan , , , Vice President - EMEA Operations

Şenol Bircan has recently taken on the role of Vice President of EMEA Operations as of April 2016. Mr. Bircan previously served as our General Manager of Turkey Operations since May of 2015. Prior to joining TPI, Mr. Bircan was running plants in Turkey and Russia for Magna Seating. Prior to that, Mr. Bircan held various positions such as General Management, Program Management, Global Purchasing & Operations and Engineering at Lear Corporation. He has both B.S. and Master Degree in Electronics Engineering with the Major of Automation at Köln University.

Thomas Werning , , , Vice President - Global Financial Services

Thomas Werning joined TPI in February of 2016 as our Vice President, Global Financial Services. Prior to joining TPI, Mr. Werning was Chief Financial Officer of Aero-Space Southwest, Inc. from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Werning was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Realty Executives International, Inc. from 2010 to 2013. During 2010, Mr. Werning was also Chief Financial Officer of On-Time Express, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Werning was Chief Financial Officer of Oasis Management Resources, Inc. from 2008 to 2010 and he was Vice President, Corporate Controller of The Lyle Anderson Company, Inc. from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Werning held leadership positions in finance and operations at Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: AEIS), Cirilium Corporation, Hypercom Corporation and Marion Merrell Dow, Inc. He holds a B.S. degree in Accountancy from University of Missouri – Columbia and is a certified public accountant.
